How to increase the limit on a card?

Who can change the card limits?

The limit change on the card is intended exclusively for the administrator in the Sparados panel. The administrator is authorized to set the card limit within the limit of their group. To increase the card limit as an administrator, go to:

CARDS -> ACTIVE CARDS -> Select a card -> EDIT

or

CARDS -> CARD HISTORY -> Select a card -> EDIT

(In both cases) When you scroll down, the screen for changing limits will appear under the Limits category.

Here you can enter the amount of your new limit. This will be reduced by the expenses already made – you are requesting an increase in the total limit that you had initially. The amount must be higher than the remaining limit on the card, but remember that it cannot exceed your group limit without prior approval! Done!

Example:

A user has a card with an initial limit of 1000 PLN. They have spent 400 PLN, so they have 600 PLN remaining on the card. Now, they need to make a purchase for 1200 PLN (after the 400 PLN spent), so the new limit should reach 1600 PLN (1600 - 400, which has already been spent, will result in 1200. We are changing the initial limit.)
