Each card assigned to you in the Sparados system will have a spending limit. Depending on the needs of your company, this limit may be higher, lower, or applied only for specific purposes. If you need more funds for business expenses, you can request an increase. Here's how you can do it:

Log in to your account on the Sparados mobile app or on the web app at customer.sparados.com
Web application:
In the top-right corner of your card, you will see three functional buttons that you can use at any time:
'Eye' - Allows you to view all the details of your card after entering your PIN code.
'Card' - Allows you to change the PIN for your card. The PIN is needed for withdrawing funds from an ATM.
'Dollar' - Used to request additional funds or extend the validity of your card, which is what we’ll focus on here.
Mobile application:The same functionalities are available in the mobile app after logging in and selecting the relevant card.

The visibility of the "Card" and "Dollar" buttons depends on your employer. The administrator can manage access to ATM withdrawal functions and requests for increasing the limit.
When you click the button to change the limit, a screen for changing the limit will appear:

In the "New Limit" field, you can enter the amount of the new card limit you are requesting. Keep in mind that this limit will be reduced by the expenses already made – you are requesting an increase in the total limit you had at the beginning. "End of rental" is the date when the card's loan ends (the card will expire after this date), and you can also request an extension for this.
Your administrator will be notified of the request to change the limit, which will be sent to the administrator’s email address and displayed in the corporate panel.
