Our story
Sparados was created as a response to the problems of bureaucracy in banks providing services to corporate clients. Krzysztof Drzyzga, a businessman with experience in the financial sector and the CEO at Verestro Fintech as as a Service, created a vision for a platform that would meet the client needs for fast issuance of employee cards and efficient management of business expenses.
Thanks to our investors who believed in Krzysztof's vision, we launched the Sparados project in just 6 months.
Our main partners are Verestro, an IT technology provider, and Quicko, which has a Mastercard license to issue payment cards.

Michał Stachera
CEO | President of the Management Board
An experienced manager in the fintech sector and CEO of Sparados. In his career as a Project Manager, he has successfully implemented international projects for key players in the financial sector, such as Mastercard, Pekao SA, and Citi Handlowy. Michał also has unique experience in innovation management and fundraising, among others, as part of the Bridge Alfa program.
Weronika Dawidzka
Finance & Administration Manager
A specialist with many years of experience in finance and project management. Weronika is responsible for key financial processes, focusing on financial analysis, cost control, and invoicing. Her experience also includes administration and effective process optimization to increase Sparados' operational efficiency.
Artur Rucki
Front-end Developer
Full-stack developer with experience in frontend technologies: React, Angular in end-user applications and administration panels, backend: NodeJS, Fastify, in JavaScript/TypeScript for microservices, and many years of experience with Python in automation scripts.
Working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL) and development tools Docker, Kubernetes, Gerrit, Gitea, GitHub, and Sentry.
Justyna Mazurek
Marketing Manager
Marketing manager with experience in digital marketing and brand management, specializing in international marketing projects. Justyna's skills include website management, content marketing, search engine optimization / AI website positioning (SEO/GEO), social media communication, as well as planning and implementing promotional campaigns and email marketing.
