The Sparados system allows you to set as many low balance email notifications
(aka alerts) as you like, with flexible threshold settings. This way, you can conveniently monitor your account balance and easily top up funds whenever necessary.
Alerts list
Active alerts can be viewed on the account details page under the Alerts tab.
Accounts -> Your account -> Alerts
The columns in the table represent the following:
Bell icon - a colored bell indicates that an alert has already been sent at least once, the last sent date appears in the Last sent on column. If the bell is grayed out, the specified balance threshold has not yet been reached
Receiver - the email address to which the alert will be sent when the specified balance threshold is reached
Amount threshold - the balance amount below which a low balance alert should be sent
Author - the email address of the administrator who set up the alert
Grace period - if the account balance remains below the set threshold, the alert will be resent with the next transaction after the set time has passed since the last alert
Last sent on - the date the alert was last sent on
Actions
Edit - allows you to edit the alert
Delete - allows you to delete the alert
