Does Sparados charge extra for SmartPass infrastructure and updates?
No. We don’t charge extra for the platform, API, making changes or push notifications.
Is the number of templates limited?
No. You can use as many templates as you like.
Do unsent passes count towards the limit?
No. Only passes that have been sent count towards the limit.
Do I have to use my pass limit within a set time?
No. The limit has no time restriction — you can use it whenever you need it.
What exactly counts towards the limit?
Sent passes count towards the SmartPass limit.
