When assigning a card, it is necessary to set a limit to ensure control over expenses and prevent exceeding the company budget. This allows the administrator to have full oversight of transactions made with the card.
The Limits category consists of three main sections:
Source account – the account to which the card is assigned and from which funds will be drawn.

Card validity period – specifying the card’s issue date and expiration date.

Additional limits – optional restrictions that can be applied to the card

How to Configure card limits?
Configuration Details:
In Section 1, select the target account and enter the amount in the "Total Amount" field. This amount must be lower than the group limit set by the company. If it exceeds this limit, the system will automatically send a request for approval to the administrator of the higher-level group.

In Section 2, set the dates – the first is the card issuance date, and the second is the expiration date. Once expired, the card will be unassigned from the user and cannot be reused. If the issuance date is set in the future, the card will only be generated on the selected day.
Is there any additional limits you can set?
In Section 3, you can apply additional periodic limits, such as:
General limit (daily, weekly, monthly)
Online payment limit (daily, weekly, monthly)
ATM withdrawal limit (daily, weekly, monthly)
Foreign transaction limit (daily, weekly, monthly) – applies to transactions in foreign currencies
All limits (except the general limit) can be completely blocked, preventing the use of the selected option.
After selecting the card color and assigning labels, the card is ready for issuance.
