How can I easily accept an invoice sent by an employee for a transaction?

In the administration area, all transactions are displayed in the "Transaction History" tab. The "Receipt" column displays the receipt approval status for this transaction:

  • Ready for export - means that the receipt has been correctly approved and the transaction has been processed

  • Rejected – means the receipt does not match the transaction. A notification may be sent to the user.

  • None – no receipt is attached to the transaction

  • Waiting for approval – receipt attached, waiting for administrator approval

    As an administrator, if you need to approve an attachment for a transaction, you no longer have to do it manually—simply search the receipt for transaction data, verify it matches the actual transaction, and then manually change the status in the transaction settings. Now you only have one button! Click "Review." All transaction data is automatically extracted and listed next to the attached document. Simply compare the data! If everything matches, click "Accept." The transaction status changes automatically.

If you want to send a reminder to your employee to attach a document to the transaction, a special, separate button will be displayed for the "Missing" and "Rejected" statuses.
