The report allows you to analyze issued Sparados cards in terms of funds used, from when to when, by whom, for whom, with what limits, and additional parameters for which the card was issued. This report allows for a detailed analysis of all cards issued within a given time period. This report is only available to the Corporate Administrator role (here you will find a guide on how to create a new administrator and what roles we have in the system).
Where Can You Generate a Card History Report?
The issued cards report is available in the admin panel under CARDS -> CARD HISTORY -> GENERATE REPORT. Access is restricted to Corporate Administrators only.

After clicking the button, select a date range - the period during which the cards are valid. The report will include all cards whose validity period (start date or end date) overlaps in any way with the selected date range. In other words, any card that was assigned for at least one day within the selected timeframe will be included in the report.
Below is an example illustrating which cards will be included in the report:

Example of How the Report Works
If we generate a report for the date range from January 1, 2026, to March 31, 2026, the report will contain the following cards:
Adrian's card, which was valid from December 1, 2025, to January 8, 2026 – the card falls within the range because its validity covers the beginning of the selected period.
Kris' card, which was valid from January 12, 2026, to January 31, 2026 – the card falls entirely within the selected range.
Mike's card, which was valid from February 14, 2026 to May 1, 2026 – the card is within the range because its validity period partially overlaps with the selected range.
Greg's card will not be included in the report because its validity begins on April 15, 2026, which is outside the selected date range.
How Can You Download Your Card History Report?
The generated card report can be accessed in the REPORTS → RENTAL HISTORY tab.

The columns visible in the reports section mean the following:
DATE FROM – the start of the date range for which the report was generated.
DATE TO – the end of the date range for which the report was generated.
NUMBER OF CARDS – the number of records in the report; each record corresponds to a single card assignment.
CREATED – the date the report was generated.
STATUS – the current status of the report. There are three possible statuses:
Created – the report is currently being generated.
Completed – the report has been generated and is ready for download.
Expired – the report has been deleted; generated reports are available for download for a period of one month from the time of generation.
REPORT LINK – clicking the icon will automatically start downloading the report in CSV format.
The report table will be generated in .csv format, which can be opened in programs such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers.
