How to transfer money through Sparados?

Updated: 6 days ago

This tutorial will guide you step by step through the process of transferring funds from an IBAN account.

Go to the NEW TRANSFER tab

To make a transfer to an account, you must first choose whether the transfer should be made locally (DOMESTIC) or internationally (INTERNATIONAL).

Domestic transfers include three types:

  • ELIXIR – for transfers from a Quicko account to any other account outside the bank. This system operates only on business days and only in PLN currency.

  • ELIXIR EXPRESS – a real-time ELIXIR transfer where the funds reach the recipient within seconds. It operates 24/7 in PLN currency

  • INTERNAL – an internal transfer from Quicko to Quicko. It can be processed in both EUR and PLN and operates 24/7

International transfers

For international transactions, the SEPA transfer type is used (covering EU countries as well as Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Monaco, and San Marino). The processing time for a SEPA transfer is approximately one business day. For transfers in EUR, you must provide the BIC/SWIFT number

The Internal transfer can also be made in the INTERNATIONAL section.

After selecting the first field, a list of available accounts for making a transfer will appear. The recipient’s account number must be manually entered in the field below.

Next, you need to enter the transfer title, the recipient's name, and optionally their address, city, and postal code.

Next, enter the amount you would like to transfer. The currency will be automatically selected based on the chosen sender's account.

After pressing Submit, a window will appear with all the transaction details. If everything is correct, click Confirm to proceed.

That's it! Your transfer should be completed within the processing time, and its details will now be available in the TRANSACTION HISTORY tab.
