How to Sign Up in the Sparados App?

Getting started with Sparados is a quick process that allows you to manage your business payments efficiently from your smartphone. Follow these steps to set up your account in minutes.

Step 1: Check Your Invitation Email

The process begins when a card is assigned to you. You will automatically receive an invitation email containing:

• Instructions on how to redeem your new card.

• Links and QR codes to download the Sparados app for both iOS and Android.

  
  

Step 2: Start the Registration in the Sparados App

Once the app is installed, open it and tap the "Sign up" button on the welcome screen to begin.

Step 3: Complete the Registration Form

Enter your personal details, including your first and last name, nationality, and date of birth. Crucially, make sure to use:

• The email address where you received the invitation.

• The mobile phone number you provided to the card issuer.

  
  

Step 4: Secure Your Account

Create and repeat a strong password, then accept the platform's terms and conditions and privacy policy. Afterward, you will be asked to set and confirm a four-digit PIN for quick access to the application.

Step 5: Verify Your Phone Number

To finalize the security process, enter the SMS code sent to your mobile number.

Step 6: Access Your Card

After completing the registration, simply refresh the card list by pulling the screen down. Your new card should appear immediately and is ready for use.

What if your card doesn't appear?

If the card isn't visible after refreshing, it might be because a different phone number was entered during the assignment process. You can still add it manually:

• Tap the "Add" button in the app.

• Enter the activation code found in your original invitation email.
