Adding labels onto cards

Updated: Feb 18

When assigning a card, you can set a card label to simplify the classification and transaction analysis. This guide will walk you through it step by step.

Labels can help you manage expenses across different departments. They assign cards to specific departments by marking them with the appropriate label. They also allocate expenses to cost centers, ensuring each expense is assigned to the correct center.

Go to the CARDS tab in the main menu on the left.

CARDS -> ASSIGN A CARD

Scroll down to the "Card attributes" section.

Below the graphics, you'll find a dedicated section for labels. Here, you can create a new label for your card by entering it in the "Add new label" field or selecting one from the list (if you've already created some). Remember to save it!

From now on, your card will be labeled appropriately according to your preferences. These labels will appear in the transaction report and card details.

Labels primarily serve informational and analytical purposes, so they can be edited even after the card has been created.

If you want to change the label for a single transaction, go to the TRANSACTION HISTORY tab and select the relevant operation. Scroll down to the labels section, where you can modify them by clicking the MODIFY LABELS button.

Labels are also visible in transaction reports under the "Labels" column. To generate a report, follow:
